Another cone photo for the cone-obsessed hubby… This was at the Ann Arbor Art Fairs (actually 3 fairs in one). Could have passed for an art installation if it weren’t in the middle of an intersection…

Filing this under “why on earth did they get research money to do this?”
My lovely alma mater gets it’s name in the papers for using statistics to determine the areas of the United States that have succombed to the 7 deadly sins.

Looks like we are all fairly envious and gluttonous.
The greedy ones are well interspersed across the nation, with an awful lot in CA.
There seems to be an awful lot of lust on the lower Mississippi for some reason.
We are all proud of our wrath of sloth too.
…..
I know there is a joke in here somewhere. Maybe someone can help me find it.
This is not my idea, but S needed shots of cones. Yes, I have taken pictures of cones at Disney World now, and it appears that they have a skittles rainbow of color.

I passed over the 25,000 views mark on this blog. I failed to see it. Now, I am nearly to 25,700 views.
Wow – I should celebrate or something… What kind of party do you throw to celebrate that milestone?
This spider has taken up residence in the bush beside the walkway to my front door. He/She/It is rebuilding its web after the torrential storms we had. Looking for ideas on the safety of leaving he/she/it alone to co-exist peacefully with us… i.e. Is this thing poisonous?
Personally, spiders give me the willies and nightmares, but I’m happy to leave them alone if they eat more than their weight in other bugs. I couldn’t get a shot of the other side without disturbing the poor thing, as the web is spanning multiple bushes and any jostling moves the web. The web was in tatters yesterday, as evidenced in the photos, and the spider has made significant progress in getting it back together.

And why do they click to my blog?!?!?!
For a few weeks now, I’ve had at least 4 searches daily for dyeabolical, and the standard stock search for bag patterns, camo couch covers, and webkinz patterns.
Here are a few of the “odd” searches showing up on my dashboard that I just had to share….
This was fun…. I’m going to have to do this one more often. Anyone else want to share their oddities with me?
